Principles of making complaints
- The basis for making a complaint is a proof of purchase (receipt, receipt).
- In exceptional situations, a claim for a Coccodrillo product is accepted without proof of purchase. However, this product is only subject to repair or replacement with a new one.
- We only accept clean goods for complaints.
- The customer will be notified of the method of handling the complaint within 30 calendar days. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended proportionately.
