Principles of making complaints

  1. The basis for making a complaint is a proof of purchase (receipt, receipt).
  2. In exceptional situations, a claim for a Coccodrillo product is accepted without proof of purchase. However, this product is only subject to repair or replacement with a new one.
  3. We only accept clean goods for complaints.
  4. The customer will be notified of the method of handling the complaint within 30 calendar days. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended proportionately.
