Processing of personal data

Basic provision

  1. The controller of personal data pursuant to Article 4 (7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR") is APASON Property as, IČ 04217390 , with its registered office at Ústřední 388/18, Prague 10 - Štěrboholy, postal code: 102 00 (hereinafter referred to as the "administrator").

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a specific identifier, such as name, identification number, location data, network identifier or one or more specific physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
  4. The administrator did not appoint a data protection officer.

Legal reason for processing personal data

  1. The legal reason for processing personal data is:
    1. performance of the contract between you and the administrator pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) GDPR (hereinafter referred to as "Performance of the Contract"),
    2. the legitimate interest of the administrator in the provision of direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) f) GDPR (hereinafter referred to as "Legitimate Interest"),
    3. your consent to processing for the purposes of providing direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) a) GDPR in connection with § 7 paragraph 2 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services in the event that no order for goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "Consent").
  2. There is no automatic individual decision by the administrator within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. You have given your express consent to such processing.

Purpose of processing, categories, sources and recipients of personal data

Data retention period

  1. Unless otherwise stated in the previous points, the Administrator retains personal data:
    1. for the time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the administrator and to assert claims under these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship);
    2. until the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, if the personal data are processed on the basis of the consent.
  2. After the retention period of personal data, the administrator deletes the personal data.

Cookies

  1. If cookies are listed in the point in the previous points, the following rules apply to their processing:
    1. The rules for the use or blocking of cookies can be set by each user in their internet browser, thus expressing their consent to their processing;
    2. the user can set to allow or deny all or only some cookies (eg third party cookies). Blocking cookies can have a negative effect on the usability of the website and the service;
    3. This website contains information from the following companies to visitors who agree to the placement of cookies in their browser through the appropriate setting of the behavior of cookies of individual browsers:

  2. If you object to the processing of technical cookies necessary for the functioning of the website, then the full functionality and compatibility of the website cannot be guaranteed.

  1. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (to a non-EU country) or to an international organization.

On the basis of the law and in accordance with the observance of legal obligations, and thus without the client's consent, personal data may be transferred to the competent state administration bodies for the purpose of fulfilling their obligations and for the purposes of enforcing decisions; it is mainly the provision of personal data to the Police of the Czech Republic, the Alien Police, bodies active in criminal proceedings.

Your rights

  1. Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:
    1. the right of access to one's personal data pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR;
    2. the right to correct personal data pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, or restrictions on processing pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR;
    3. the right to delete personal data pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR;
    4. the right to object to the processing pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR;
    5. the right to data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR;
    6. the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the administrator's address or email.
  2. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

Terms of personal data security

  1. The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
  2. The administrator has taken technical measures to secure data repositories and repositories of personal data in paper form.
  3. The controller declares that only persons authorized by him have access to personal data.


Provisions valid after 2022/08/01

After the date of termination of our business, i.e. after 2022/08/01, all contact information entered through the newsletter subscription forms will be deleted within 30 days.

No other personal identification data was processed for any other purpose.
