Rules of exchanges and returns of purchased goods

  1. In the case of exchange or return of goods, proof of purchase of the goods in question must be provided.
  2. Within 14 calendar days of purchase, the customer has the right to:
    • exchange of goods for another dimension or other goods,
    • return of goods - except for the previous point.
  3. Goods purchased during promotions and sales cannot be returned.
  4. The possibility of exchange and return of goods that were purchased during the event is regulated by the rules of the event.
  5. It is possible to exchange or return only full-value goods not damaged in any way and unused with the original tag (label).

Principles of making complaints

  1. The basis for making a complaint is a proof of purchase - receipt.
  2. Only clean goods can be accepted for a complaint.
  3. The customer will be notified of the method of handling the complaint. Complaints, including the elimination of defects, must be settled without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of the complaint, unless the seller agrees with the consumer on a longer period.
  4. In the event of a consumer dispute between the seller and the consumer arising from a purchase contract or a service contract which cannot be settled by mutual agreement, the consumer may apply for out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to a designated out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body.
